01. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping the Euro Online Store is easy: if you know what you are looking for, use the specific collection links, such as ‘brief’, ‘trunk’ section on the site. Once you have found an item, select your size and color and use the 'Add To Cart’ button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'Shopping Cart’ link at the top of the page. From the Shopping Cart, you can directly edit product details (color, sizes and quantities), remove them in case you’ve changed your mind or add products to your Wish List. Click on 'Checkout' to complete your order.

02. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Setting up an account is not mandatory, but if you register, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your 'My Account': Track your orders and review past purchases; Gain access to your ‘Wish List’; Be notified when new products are available; Save your details for faster shopping; Manage your account details and newsletter subscriptions.

03. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

If you’ve forgotten your password follow these steps to restore it: Click on the Sign In icon in the top right corner Select “Forgot Password” Follow the instructions shown in the pop-up that will open Insert your email address and click on send You will receive an email with a new temporary password and you can modify it when you want, simply follow the instructions.

04. How to choose SIZE?

In the Euro Online Store, sizes may be based on the Indian or International sizing system. Simply click on 'Sizing Info' on every listing product. Where an item runs xs to xxl size.

05. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All the products shown on our website are available. However, We’ll label the product ‘out of stock’ if the product is not in stock

06. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AT THE Euro ONLINE STORE?

Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

07. How soon can I get my order and how much will delivery cost?

All delivery are free if the single order value is more than Rs. 500/-. For orders below Rs. 500/-, we will charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 100/-. Upon confirmation of your order, we will arrange your product(s) to be dispatched by a courier within 72 working hours. We shall also send out a notification email/SMS once your order is dispatched. The estimated time of delivery of your order will be 7-10 working days depending upon the location. In case of a location which is not in our courier list, it will take a minimum of 10 days.

08. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after ship. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

09. CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

10. HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

Once you have completed the online purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS to the address used to place the order. Payment will be debited from your bank or card at the time of order confirmation.

11. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Orders’.

18. How to compare multiple products?

To compare between products you will need to be registered and signed in. When browsing, use 'Add to compare' on the product page and items will automatically move into your compare, which can be found at the bottom right of the product detail page (‘compare' symbol). Click on the product image to go to the product page and see more specific details about the item. You can also add to your ‘Shopping Bag’, or remove the item.
